Use of personal email address for business purposes

Since 2013, we have accepted article placements and links on some of our websites. We have worked with some excellent outreach marketers and businesses. However, some have given this industry a bad name.

In the past, we have accepted article placements from marketers using personal email addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. Unfortunately, like any personal email address, you don't know who you are, as personal emails don't have a direct link to any business, despite what you may believe.

Throughout the past few years, we have experienced too many issues with marketers using personal email contact addresses. Hence, any new request made by marketers via personal email is automatically rejected. Not using a business email address associated directly with their business address will now be refused, and you may not receive a reply.

If you own your own business, we politely request that the information you provide be open and honest.

 

False information

With VPNs now commonly used, some have resorted to changing their IP addresses to bypass some of the restrictions we have in place. We see this as false information.

The Business Advertising Form page lists some restrictions and the minimum criteria your business/company must meet to apply. This criterion is fairly basic, yet many applicants still wish to remain anonymous on a business level. If you are one, we do not wish to work with you.

 

Business requirements

We accept advertising/links from professional marketing companies that are not based in restricted locations.
As an outreach marketer, you should have and use an email address linked directly to the trading company and its website that you may represent. The two link you together. Emails from domains not part of the business trading website may be refused. (see further details)

Why do I record IP addresses?

Your IP will be recorded to verify the location you state you are emailing from. If these do not agree, it may be considered false information.

Business Outreach Marketers

We have worked with over two hundred different marketers and marketing firms. We have worked directly with major gaming, betting, and bookmakers across the globe, and professional businesses are welcome.

If you are an employee of a marketing firm and have been asked to use a personal email address for business, then the owner of the account, namely you, is liable for business transactions that you may request. The business can distance itself. Finding out who you are is challenging, which is why we now refuse these users. We respectfully request that you ask your employer to provide you with a business email address.

 

Businesses

We also refuse new businesses that have not been established for a minimum of two years for several reasons.
No trading records for new companies are available.

Some marketers will buy a cheap web template and start trading without providing any business profile, making it harder to check who they are.

If you have a business domain email address without a business trading website that contains basic business information and contact details, your application will be refused.

We simply want to be able to easily identify who you are based on the information you publish.
